Kuwait's Zain applying its subdiary, Celltel's "One Network" scheme to the Middle East coutries where they are providing services. ME
"One Network" services includes Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, and Sudan.
Zain subscribers in these 4 countries can make calls and SMS at local rates!
Celltel initially launched the "One Network" service in September 2006 to provide local rates services to around dozens' of African countries where they own networks.
